JOBS VACANCY FOR DISPATCH EXECUTIVE IN CHENNAI
Qualification : B.E, Diploma
Exp : Freshers to 4 Years
Exp Salary : 20k to 25k
Freshers Salary : 12k to 15k
Vacancy : 12
Location : Chennai

Preparation GST Invoice in SAP & E Invoice, E waybill For All Domestic & Export Consignment
Preparation of Material Transfer Delivery Challan with E Waybill
Preparation of Return Material Delivery Challan with E Waybill
Preparation of Job Work Delivery Challan with E Waybill
Dispatch Incharge Planning and dispatch of live birds to the processing plant and other customers. Monitoring the bird stock, and body weight on daily basis.
Maintaining the registers and records related to bird lifting, sales, and DC. Follow-up of feed withdrawal time in coordination with a branch manager. To manage accurate stock transfers during loading of trucks from the loading bay and ensure there is efficiency.
Explore and co-ordinate with transporters road carriers for timely and accurate material dispatch.
