Our international People team manages Talent Acquisition and Talent Management locally in each country, while Organisation & Development, Growth Management, and Employer Branding & Internal Communications, based in the HQ in Berlin, steers central policies and processes. The entire team is a crucial partner for the various business units and acts as consultants and service providers, shaping the culture and future of our company.

Our steep growth continues and smart HR systems are key to our success. As a Workday Consultant - HCM & Integrations you are the main driver for implementing, integrating, developing, maintaining and providing training for our new Talent Management system. You report directly to Alice, our Director People Organisation & Development.

Your new role

• Contribute to the international roll-out of Workday and ensure a smart configuration of all functionalities
• Continuously ensure the integration of all existing HR systems (e.g. payroll providers) and a reliable maintenance
• Architect business processes to support all People teams in our markets, as well as new policies and projects
• Build dashboards and reports to ease the information and processes for the People teams and the employees and the managers
• Investigate system bugs, check new releases, find smart solutions for special cases
• Be the go-to-person for all colleagues and empower users by training and ensuring correct usage of the system

Your skills

• Relevant experience in configuring Workday functionalities, custom elements and business processes; as well as custom reports. You have an excellent understanding of security, HCM as well as absence, time tracking and compensation modules.
• You know how to maintain integrations and how to create and configure them. Workday Integration Certificate is a plus.
• You have experience with creating and using EIBs.
• You are a proactive person, with a keen interest in detecting and solving issues, constantly looking for improvements in the system, and curious about people management and employee lifecycle topics.
• Strategic and data-driven background with proven examples of product optimization
• Great attention to detail, self-reliance, eagerness to deliver great solutions, excellent communication skills in English and any other European language
