Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: BCBS 239 implementation, DMBOK, DCAM, data domain and stewardship, business process and data architecture, data sourcing certification, reference or master data management, data and metadata management, business intelligence or data product ownership
Experience with SQL and relational databases, query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
Experience with cloud-based data infrastructures (AWS)
Some programming experience with object-oriented languages like Python and Java.
Experience with software development life cycle processes and tools in a data analysis context (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals
Able to lead meetings and discussions through very strong verbal communication skills.
Experience working with agile development teams on scalable, cloud-based SaaS solutions.

With a critical focus on building Data Management Capability across all data assets, the Enterprise Data Governance team has the mission to establish data as a strategic asset with the right standards of care applied through the enablement of foundational capabilities achieving higher data maturity and delivering business value. Key focus areas for the data governance function are:
As the Product Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in nurturing a customer and data-centric approach in our Product, Design, and Engineering organization by building data products in our One Data Catalog platform.
Product Data Analysts responsible for:
Managing, configuring, and monitoring the internal instances of the One Data Catalog platform directly.
Mandatory: Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) and translating them into a viable product
Mandatory: Creating data governance operating models, including assets, relationships, domains, and communities, keeping efficiency, understandability, and usability atop.
Mandatory: Hands-on building and maintaining DGC Operating model, Data Catalogue, Workflows, Reference data, Meta data integration with source systems
Mandatory: Establish data standards and build foundational components such as Data policy, Enterprise glossary, and data ownership.
Map end-to-end Enterprise Data Supply Chain (data lineage), partnering with IT and Data governance operation functions.
Provide Enterprise data governance platform and tools to operationalize data governance
Leverage Collibra API to meet the integration needs with the Collibra DGC platform
Validation support of Metadata import and export jobs and creation of Data Governance reporting/KPIs
Responsible for adherence to SDLC policies and standards for technical management of the Collibra DGC platform
Maintain a solid understanding of Collibra DGC capabilities and the product's roadmap to ensure the adequate technical design of solutions in the platform
Supporting ad-hoc questions from the Product, Design, and Engineering leadership team for data requests and visualization
Promoting a data-driven culture in Product, Design, and Engineering (Enable your stakeholders to leverage your work and build their own insights
Being the critical stakeholder for Product, Design, and Engineering to the Data Office team to build and maintain an entirely self-service model where every team can add queries to get insights into product usage or content from our cloud customer base
Validate completeness of data lineage between the point of data element creation (system of record) and the point where it is consumed by business users (trusted data sources) and design processes for implementation to certify Tier 1 KDEs and Reports
Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and pain points to lead the definition of data requirements to meet complex business needs and drive data quality
