5+ Years Project Manager experience
Provide team guidance in an Agile mindset.
Lead multi national and cross functional team.
Good grip on Software Development Life Cycle
Good experience on operational activities and team coordinations
Collect and standardized procedure documentation and create adequate process flow map
Build Continual Improvement tracker to ensure enhancement efforts where captured and executed.
Build reports to highlight progress and completion of work.
Conduct internal audit of completed work.
Experience working with Bug management software (JIRA)
SQL Server (stored procedures and tables) management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to review and work with the business to refine requirements into actionable well-architected work items.
Create Weekly and Monthly Status reports to Clients and Upper management.
Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization.
Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution.
Team player. Willing and able to work with others, share knowledge and follow directions.
Gather and provided team updates for stakeholders and leadership
Develop Team dashboards and track performance (RTC/Rally).
Collaborated with Product Owner in the prioritization of Features and related work
Discover and research problems, and work with the team to provide acceptable solutions.
