Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst- Risk & Control Domain

Location: Irving, TX / Tampa Florida

Type: Full Time

Job Description:

  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating, and coordinating requirements for the Credit Risk area. Primary focus will be on Basel 4 related
  • Understanding of Risk & Controls domain is required.
  • Translate requirements into Functional Requirement Document [FRD] and/or Minor Development Document [MDD].
  • Conduct meeting with clients and key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, finalize, and receive formal signoffs from approvers
  • Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams.
  • Analyze data using Excel, reports, and other tools to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post-implementation.
  • Creates flow diagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or process representations.
