Position Name:IT Service Manager
Descriptions:
Main duties are planning and maintenance of processes for stable operation and continuous quality improvement of IT systems in general for enterprise companies, and management of the operation team.
The main business contents are as follows:
- Maintenance, introduction, and guidance/education of business processes/environment for automation/stabilization of operation tasks, including development team
- Management and guidance of application operation team and infrastructure operation team
- Management and resolution of incidents
- Stakeholder support Reporting on operational status and making proposals for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT operations team regardless of the target industry
- Experience in efforts to realize NoOps
- Experience as a leader of an IT operations team in any industry
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, etc., regardless of the target industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Those who are good at communication such as customer negotiations and can act actively.
- For activities to learn about the customer's business and jointly consider proposals for expansion.
- Those who feel a strong attraction
- Those who want to actively learn new technologies
