Job Description

Contract on W2

Networks Engineering team focusing on Fixed Mobile Convergence and future high speed data delivery methodologies.

This position will work with senior network architects and engineers in a lab environment focusing on solution design, vendor selection, product evaluation, and performing troubleshooting.

The specific skillsets desired for this role is to create and automate test cases for proposed solution designs. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Linux Administration, Network Engineering, lab test tools, and software development skillsets.

A prior life of a candidate could be in a highly skilled QA/SIT role within a large Enterprise or Service Provider environment.

Minimum Skillsets:

Scripting (Python, Perl, Bash, etc)

Ability to create, maintain, and automate test cases to validate a network centric solution. Linux Administration Network Administration and or Engineering (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, BGP, etc) Packet Capture (Analysis and Troubleshooting) Utilize open-source and vendor tools for traffic generation (Keysight/Ixia, Spirent, Viavi, etc)
