Technical Team Lead - Laravel and PHP

A Fintech based out of Bangalore is looking for Tech Lead (Php + Laravel+ Rest API) from ecommerce / BFSI background at Indiranagar , Bangalore

Experience Required :

1. Strong experience in PHP, PHP7, PHP8 and above with Laravel, MEAN Stack and OOPs.

2. Strong experience in PHP Framework like Laravel

3. Sound understanding of AJAX, JQuery, HTML5, Javascript, ES6, MEAN Stack and CSS, CSS3.

4. Experience of designing, developing and deploying architectures and infrastructure for web and mobile applications of different technologies.

5. Strong background of MySQL.

6. Software requirements, teamwork, strong consulting skills.

7 Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

8. Working experience in Web services / API, REST API, Mobile APP API, XML, SOAP.

9. Other API like Google API, Facebook API, Payment Gateways, Paypal, Indian Payment Gateways.

10. Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.

11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

12. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

13. Working experience in e-commerce, banking/ finance projects.

14. Additional knowledge / experience in ReactJs/Angular/NodeJs will be preferred.

Role and responsibility: Preferred candidate should be confident and should have willingness to undertake multiple challenges and should have strong desire to emerge as winner in handling crucial situations.

1. Mentor and lead a team of developers.

2.Take up system analysis, design, and documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.

3. He will / can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for the smooth execution of projects. He will keep track and review on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects. 4. Should be efficient enough to utilize the resources available to him.

5. Analyze project / module requirements and prepare scope of work and time frame accordingly.

6. Can handle and plan project milestones and deadlines.

7. Should be able to interact with client during entire project development life cycle. 8. Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications
