Remote - User Center Designed

Job Description: We are seeking a UserCenter Designed (UCD) Specialist who willserve as the users advocate throughout the product design and developmentprocess, providing critical user-centric insight that informs product strategy. The UCD Specialist will apply basic principles, theories, and concepts;and shall have limited industry knowledge. They will solve routineproblems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues tohigher levels when warranted. The UCD Specialist will work under directsupervision. This is a remote position within the U.S., to include theDistrict of ColumbiaRequired Education: Bachelor'sdegree in Design or CSRequired Years ofExperience: 2 years of experiencewith software application design, including UI/UX design or 4 years ofexperience with software application design, including UI/UX design in lieu ofa degreeMinimum Qualifications: Candidate must have knowledge of user research and usability testing practices Knowledge of current design software, including A e Illustrator and Photoshop Familiar of wireframe tools, including Wireframe.cc, or InVision Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements PreferredQualifications: VA and/or Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred Experience with solution development life cycle methods, tools, and techniques using Agile principles preferred Experience with .Net applications Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Established Public Trust
