Full Stack Developer (React or Angular) - 4 Positions

(1) 6 months contract-to-hire

(2) MUST be authorized to work in the US

(3) U.S. Bachelor's Degree required

(4) Minimum 5 years' experience using React or Angular framework, five (5) years of experience using an advanced programming language, e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, .NET

(5) REMOTE

(6) Public Trust Clearance (generally 2 to 4 months)

Responsibilities:

• A strong desire to understand complex systems and how to troubleshoot and make them highly available

• Design, develop, test and integrate the custom Web applications and solutions interfacing with restful services.
• Develop a cloud-based web application
• Interfaces with senior-level customer management and SMEs
• Develop scalable, secure, cross-platform web applications.
• Resolve complex design, implementation and/or performance issues.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop front end applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and other front end development frameworks such as React, Angular
• Work with a development team for the development of both front-end web application and back-end services, assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Support all development and delivery activities, from requirements definition and specification to deployment and delivery to production.
• Consult with project teams and end users to identify new requirements; identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or substitute eight years of equivalent work experience.
• At least three (3) years of recent hands-on front end and back-end development experience, using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript.
• Two (2) years of experiences using React or Angular framework, three (3) years of experience using an advanced programming language, e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, .NET
• Three (3) years of Web application, SOA, web service (SOAP or RESTful) development and deployment
• Experience programming with serverless compute technologies, e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, Cloud Formation, S3, SNS, SQS
• Must be proficient in mock Unit and integration testing
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum fundamentals
• Experience in developing innovative scalable, secure, cross-platform enterprise custom applications
• Experience in Cloud application development, preferred AWS microservices.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with development teams and customers
• Solid relational database experience with SQL programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD products is a plus
• Experience leading multiple concurrent software development projects
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with development teams and customers
• Experience with ElasticSearch

• In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.
