Here, you'll get the chance to experience a new fast-paced working environment that will take you to new heights What you will do Identify and assess customers' needs and answer customers' questions to your best ability Connect with customers through calls, chats, emails and social media to solve their concerns Follow companys communication procedures and policies Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary Maintain product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions What you will need Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service domain Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore Comfortable with 6 Working Days Comfortable with rotational shifts as per business requirement. No night shift for female employees.
