Security Associate

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and updating security policies, programs, and plans for which administrative decisions have been issued, and presenting aspects of development that can be introduced, whether at the site level or in all sites.
• Report any breach or malfunction in industrial security and fire prevention, and follow up on the efficiency of firefighting equipment, EHS and food safety.
• Ensure that all Employees are secured while they are inside their workplace and during entry and exit from the gates.
• Ensure that all visitors have been properly searched using the available devices to ensure that they are not carrying any prohibited items.
• Ensure that OS Employees have been searched during entry and exit in a proper manner using the available devices to ensure that they are not carrying any contraband or products of the company.
• Ensure that the company's property is secured and not exposed to theft, looting or willful sabotage.
• Report any malfunction of the security devices/equipments and follow up on the efficiency of the devices and equipment on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure that all documents and files related to the company, spare parts, equipment,mechanical parts, electrical parts and electronic machines are secured and that they are not taken out unless accompanied by an employee of the company, provided that he has a written approval to do so..
• Follow-up on the implementation of the administrative procedures for the entry and exit of all cars and individuals, ensuring the implementation of the inspection/searching procedures from the security and procedural point of view, reviewing their registration in the security Logs at the end of the shift, and making a daily report to the direct manager.
