Tasks

• Identify and approach potential candidates through relevant channels and business networks
• Manage your recruiting processes (full cycle management)
• Define your own sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Dutch AND English speaker
• Legally authorized to work in the country of residence
• Legal rights to work as a freelance
• Relevant experience as recruiter. Scale-up recruitment experience is a plus
