Corporate Paralegal

Global law firm in Los Angeles offers excellent opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal experienced in investment funds, investment management and securities. Successful candidate will focus on the formation and closings of investment funds, investments made by the funds, review and negotiation of various agreements related to corporate and fund activities, and provide support to other corporate matters as needed. Firm seeks a candidate with at least 4 years of transactional funds experience with a Paralegal Certificate and a BA.
