Job Description
Good problem solving abilities, communication skills, Quick learner and also a good team player
Ability to analyze, trouble shoot, debug SalesForce instance/module and related components
Ability to write medium to complex SQL in production
Coordination with the support groups at onshore, nearshore and offshore (Across geographies)
Must know ITIL process
Ability to make Salesforce code changes, Configuration changes and implement to production
Ability to create SOP (Standard operating Procedure) and come up with automation ideas to reduce manual effort
