Job Description:
Uphold and improve on the standards as laid down by the Oil Company in their standard manual
Provide unsurpassed services to customers and build relationships
Ensure the business is operated in a safe and environmentally friendly manner
Ensure records comply with garage standards and facilitate successful audit inspections
To manage stock in accordance to Garage practices
Actively seek to grow the business
Stock control and ordering
To actively manage the gross profit margins
Staff Management
Daily balancing of the cashier and the cash book
Daily speed point and cash deposit transactions
Maintain supplier and customer accounts
Assist with stock orders and make supplier payments
Support retailer with general Administration
Qualifications & Skills:
Matric
Above average numeracy and maths skills
Trustworthy
Driver's License
Strong Commercial Acumen
Strong ability to work affably with others
Building integrity with managers
Drivers of results, Self -starter
Delivering outputs within acceptable timeframes
