Our client is seeking an experienced manager to maintain on-time deliveries, high quality, and improve production efficiencies while maintaining total customer satisfaction.

You must be willing to:
Be responsible for planning for manufacturing plant capacities
Implement/drive LEAN activities
Deploy Hashin Kanri approach
Be responsible for meeting all applicable OSHA requirements
Participate in capital equipment/facilities planning
Participate in safety related investigations
Implement/lead the annual cost reductions
Maintain/promote a safe work environment

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
BS/BA Degree (in process considered)
6 years progressive manufacturing experience /at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Lean Black Belt/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Ability to write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals
Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability/statistical inference/fundamentals of plane/solid geometry/trigonometry
Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions
Lift/move up to 25 pounds.
