The Logistics Officer will be the overall in charge of the logistics of Operations Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Oversee and direct daily logistic processes and procedures for forwarders, dispatch, and delivery confirmation.
-Directly reporting to Branch Manager
-Ensure company policies align with business objectives
-Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects
-Analyze and maintain operational data
-Develop improved business functionality that increases profits
-Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
-Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
-Set goals for staff and monitor their progress
-Conduct frequent performance reviews
-Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization
-Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
-Monitor logistic status and report discrepancies
-Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
-At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
