A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a client and #x27;s long-term goals.
Requirements :
1) Interaction with technical heads to understand the job requirements.
2) Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
3) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
4) Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional recruitment portals)
5) Plan interview and selection
procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
6) Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
7) Handling multiple requirements at the same time.
8) Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
9) Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
10) Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
11) Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
