Grace Wayne Group is currently recruiting for the following...
Position: Plant Controller
Location: North Carolina - Fayetteville area (relocation assistance available)
Description: Working on-site full-time, the Plant Controller will participate as a part of the senior leadership team while managing several direct reports. Position will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting operations of a single product line from three combined facilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree - Accounting/Finance
- Experience managing accounting/finance of manufacturing plant operations with revenue of at least $75M+
- Prior experience managing at least one direct report
- Prior experience with more than one General Ledger would be a plus
- Familiarity of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) would be a plus
- Stable employment history required
- Must be authorized for working in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfer, now or in the future
Salary will be commensurate with education/experience. Currently targeting candidates in the $130K-$150K base salary range. However, candidates currently above this (within reason) are still encouraged to apply. Position also offers bonus potential.
