Responsibilities:
Manage the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations of a premium asset
Manage the coordination of planned and preventative works
Assist on finding the right suppliers for the assets repair
Co-ordination of purchase order and invoice processing regarding the Asset Maintenance
Ensure tenant satisfaction through enabling the efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all services
Maintaining and updating asset registers, supporting documentation and equipment (e.g insurance purchases)
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years' experience as a manager
With background in occupational health and safety
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to manage workflow of staff
Negotiation and communication skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Business Administration
