Flexographic Printing Customer Service Rep--Appleton, WI
This position entails daily contact with a wide variety of customers and products through telephone conversation and email.
Timely communication and response is necessary.
All written and verbal communications are expected to follow a high level of business acumen.
Exceptional follow up and follow through skills are a must.
Entering of production job information on a daily basis into our 4D print management software.
Providing timely solutions to questions, challenges, due dates, pricing and other customer based requirements and needs is another very important aspect of this role.

Manage all aspects of deadlines correctly and accurately
Properly utilize company software to enter customer orders
Capable of working in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Excited about learning new systems, products and methods
Someone who excels in a fast paced, demanding environment
2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of flexographic printing and Label Traxx.
Work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
