Remote - 4g or 5g Functional Network SME

We are looking for 3+ 5g/4g Network Functional SMEs. Note that these people MUST have experience working with one of the Wireless Carriers. (Can be as a contractor, but must have experience) They will be working with the Call Flows and Policy on the TELECOM Wireless Network. These people need to be comfortable working Pacific hours.This is a long term, multiple year project. Any Visa will do, but would prefer USC or Green Card. This is a remote position. The interview process will be 1-2 video interviews. The rate is open, but need your best rate on the best candidate. Note that these people may have titles that are different than listed here. We need people with the skills listed, not necessarily the title. In addition to the wireless carriers, these people will have prior experience including, but not limited (link removed)cast, Cox, Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, Oracle, and Im sure there are others.PCRF or PCR or Policy Engineer (this is a functional SME position) Must have good experience Customer Facing and excellent communication Must have strong experience with Policy or PCRF or PCF Must have strong experience with Packet Core Would be great for them to have: Experience related to packet core (vEPC) 5G Experience and or 4g Experience
