Product Owner Intern

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated product intern to
join our growing company for at least 6 months. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

As the Product Manager Intern, you will get exposure to how product management teams at World Simplified work towards crafting rich consumer experiences. As an, you will take responsibility for the development, analysis and creation of specifications regarding the product and its implementation. Our products empower people to make life-changing decisions, connect with the right advisors and make progressive
changes in their lives. At present, we work fully remotely.

Tasks

Understand our strategic and driven position and deliver outstanding experiences to
our audience

Working on creating stories and seeing that the designs are getting ready through our UX/UI team so that the developers team can start coding

Use data analytics, A/B testing, qualitative user research, and predictive modelling to optimize KPIs, identify business opportunities, and craft the Revenue roadmap

Learn the dynamics of our customers, understand the psychology, and identify their in-product needs

Drive innovation, definition, roadmap and product experiments to accelerate the growth of our active users and paid customers.

Coordinating internal project processes, the preparation and follow-up of meetings

Identifying user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods, including research, interviews, testing and analysis

Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

Creating status reports for product management and executive management

Requirements

You are a reliable team player, communication talent and technology junkie

You are currently in your bachelors or master studies. Preferred fields of study: Business with technical aspects.

You are a creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You already gained some knowledge about agile processes and principles

You have already gained, but not mandatory, some professional (Intern /
Working Student) experience in the field of product management.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Previous consumer experience with social products

You enjoy working within an agile environment

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, especially in English

You bring enthusiasm for solving interesting problems

You are a Self-starter, with a 'can-do' attitude in a dynamic environment

You have a strong analytical mindset and are at your best working with KPIs

A positive and open-minded attitude
