Tasks

IT Service Management:

• Lead IT service management activities ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
• Take a leading role in the further development of all relevant processes and tools
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Monitor and manage service performance implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

Process Management:

• Contribute in optimizing AllocNows process landscape
• Conduct conceptual work to develop new processes and refine existing ones ensuring they align with business goals
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless process integration and adherence
• Support internal ISO27001 activities and internal audits ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement

Project Management:

• Support project management activities in customer projects
• Oversee IT service aspects of projects ensuring smooth transition from project to service phase
• Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring successful project delivery and service continuity

Requirements

• Permanent residence and work permit in Germany
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English German is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or a related field
• Proven experience in IT service management process management and project management
• Excellent methodological skills and a broad spectrum of (agile) tools as well as strong moderation communication and presentation skills on all levels
• Customercentric mindset with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
