Job Responsibility:

Scheduling and overseeing allmaintenancerelated work by managing a team of Technician, Supervisor and Engineers.

Ensuring allmaintenanceactivities are done in accordance with company define system.

Coordinating the completion of complex repairs.

Track expenses andoversee the budget formaintenance.

Ensuring ordering and availability of spare parts.

Ensuringmaintenancecost within define norms.

Ensuring preventivemaintenanceas per schedule.

Dailymaintenancework review.

Ensuring all safety norms are followed.

Maintenanceteam on job training scheduling and execution.

Ensuring Machine installation as per define norms.

Managing and coordinating formaintenancework performed by outside vendors.

Attending the Major breakdown HPDC,Utility, ETP Plant, Paint shop & MachinShop etc.

To Analysis the problems and performing the functions ofTroubleshootingand Breakdownmaintenancefor reducing the machine down time.

All possible efforts for energy conservation.

Executes preventive / breakdownmaintenanceof equipment & maintains record ofmaintenance.

Monitoring5S in plant & Kaizen Activities.

To plan on Job training to subordinate.

Spare partplanningthrough Indenting by Sap system

Attendingdaily MIS meeting

Monitoring daily basis objectives targets.
