Our client company is seeking an experienced Controller to function as a business partner with plant and financial management to effectively manage and control the local business.

You must be willing to:
Be responsible for general & cost accounting/bill of materials/business analysis/ financial reporting/inventory accuracy/KPIs
Analyze/accurately report current months financial results to the plant/corporate management
Prepare weekly/monthly reports-compare to forecast/budget
Ensure accuracy of the inventory cycle audits/reported results/investigate/explain book to physical adjustments
Attend daily plant production meetings
Assure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Maintain/promote safe work environment
Ensure that work area is free from any form of harassment

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
BA Accounting (CMA preferred)
Minimum 5 years heavy cost experience
Computer skills (Excel/ Pivot tables/Vlookup)
Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability/statistical inference)
Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions
