As a Production Scheduler/Planner you will play a key role within the organization. Responsible for coordinating and developing production schedules daily to meet goals. Taking stock of inventory levels and facilitating the supply of materials.

Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule production machines in the most effective and efficient ways possible
Liaisons with production to determine adjusted schedules
Coordinate all production activity with sales, sales service and shipping to ensure customers' orders are being handled properly
Conduct scheduling meetings with various staff members to explain shipping deadlines, existing and/or new orders, and any outstanding issues or problems
Maintain and manage schedule through an ERP system
Scheduling and distributing daily work orders
Raw material inventory ordering
Assist procurement in issuing purchase orders and receiving process
Daily compliance reporting such as tracking labor, cost per MSF, production efficiencies, etc.
Comply with company policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; or combined years of education and work experience
3 years scheduling experience
Previous experience in a Corrugated/Box Plant operation
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using HRMS, CorrPlan Scheduling Software
