Job Title: Operator I
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Irvine, CA, (On-site)
Contract Duration: Contract until 11/21/2023
Work Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Description of Role
- Operates equipment associated with the production of goods.
- Follows documented manufacturing procedures.
- Performs quality inspections during all steps of the manufacturing processes.
- Maintains operation records corresponding to the product/process.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows all applicable safety measures.
- Notifies management of violation or deviations to manufacturing and safety procedures and guidelines immediately when recognized.
- Ensures compliance with all client procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- High School Diploma
- Capable to calculate, coordinate, detect, evaluate, inspect and collecting.
- Must have basic knowledge in computers.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and follow detailed work instructions.
- Ability to read and understand documents in English
Preferred/Desired Skills
- Experience utilizing a microscope.
- Prior experience in manufacturing
Notes from a manager from other order we had open.
At least half had no assembly experience. Several had very limited pertinent assembly experience to medical devices or at least smaller parts (based on assumptions of resume). The ones I scheduled meetings with and rejected didn't impress during the discussion and seemed to lack enthusiasm. Should I look to be more descriptive in the reason on these? If so, I will certainly do so in moving forward.
