Construction Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be graduate of Civil Engineering or (equivalent).
Candidates must have Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Candidates must have 5-10 years of equivalent experience as Manager or Supervisor in Mass Housing, and Housing and Land Development.

WORK ASSIGNMENT AND SCHEDULES:
Willing to operate from Monday to Saturday (8AM to 5PM).
Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Supervisor of Engineering Section in all documentation process with regards to application of building permit and special projects. Keeps and maintains all Engineering documents to ensure that they are properly filed and secured.
Technical coordination of work and technical evaluation of bids.
Responsible for producing the built plan.
Responsible for the research development of new technologies.
Design coordination (i.e. to coordinated between the construction and engineering teams and that the construction requirements are convey to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements)
Procurement coordination (i.e. to read the specifications to identify the requirements and forward them to the procurement department the follow up)
Preparing the technical and material submittals.
Handles technical issues during and after project implementation.
Responsible for the coordination before and during project implementation.
Drafting and preparing method statements.
Preparing technical and material submittals of special projects.
He will ensure the safekeeping of important records and documents in order to have reference in succeeding years by exercising five S.
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor of Engineering Section/VP for Technical Services division.
