Responsibilities:
- Carrying out recruitment procedures and ensure quality in the evaluation.
- Active search for candidates, conducting interviews and preparing evaluation reports.
- Collaboration with ETTs and recruitment agencies.- Managing internal recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position (as an In-house or Agency Recruiter).
- Native level of French and business level of English.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Driven and determined approach with a commitment to achieve results.
- Ability to work on a fast paced environment.
