Job Description

Vacancy Factory HR Supervisor (Beverage/FMCG)

A multinational FMCG beverage company is looking to hire an experienced Factory Human Resources Supervisor for its business operations in Lagos.

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition at the factory
Manage the HR budget of the factory
Manage payroll including salaries, allowances and other compensation of factory staff
Oversee employee policies as they relate to the people and processes in the factory
Oversee onboarding and induction of new joiners
Regulatory compliance in the areas of licenses, documentation, government paperwork, etc. required for factory operations
Support in the area of office administration and management
Administer performance management systems and policies
Take charge of grievance handling and conflict management
Ensure employee safety through the implementation of various HSE policies and procedures
Oversee Corporate Social Responsibilities activities of the organization, especially in the surrounding community

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar courses
Professional certification in HR is an added advantage e.g. CIPMN
4+ years experience in similar position (preferably from a beverage FMCG company)
Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
Previous experience managing factory employees
Proven experience developing and implementing organizational change and improvements
Excellent people-management skills
Outstanding leadership ability
