Vacancy Factory Admin Manager (Beverage/FMCG)
A multinational FMCG beverage company is looking to hire an experienced Factory Admin Manager for its business operations in Lagos.
Location: Sagamu, Ogun state
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters pertaining to the factory
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all factory facilities and equipment
Manage the factory budget and track spending to ensure efficient use of resources
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve factory operations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Schedule and coordinate factory repairs and renovations
Monitor environmental compliance and safety regulations
Supervise factory staff and provide direction as needed
Handle employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
Keep abreast of new developments in the field of factory administration
Attend industry conferences and networking events
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure all company licenses and insurance policies/documents remain up to date
Monitor and control group administrative consumables materials and ensure maintenance at suitable levels.
Monitor and control communal areas at suitable levels such as pantry, toilets, offices and other facilities management areas.
Ensure all company assets are used in appropriate manner and group information is held securely.
Perform daily inspection of the facility to ensure HSE is maintained at the highest level.
Ensure that all locations are maintained to ensure a zero-hazard environment
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in Administration, Management, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, etc.
6+ years experience in similar position (preferably from a beverage FMCG company)
Strong understanding of plant operations, including quality control and safety procedures
Proven experience developing and implementing process improvements
Excellent project management skills
Outstanding leadership ability
