As our Social Media Strategist, your day-to-day tasks include managing the calendar and operations of our social channels Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok including content briefings, production and project management, planning, posting, and occasionally, content creation. It s your responsibility to guide our cross-functional content and social teams in the ideation and creation of dynamic, brand-oriented, social-first campaigns, as you take the lead in growing and building our social presence and engaging with our community.
Strategy
You will build, refine, and implement a dynamic, data-driven social media strategy for growth and engagement on JUNIQE s organic social media channels. You follow trends, think outside the box, and refine, revise, and adapt our approach at the speed of change on these ever-dynamic channels.
Collaboration
You ll work in close collaboration with our amazing team of cross-functional designers, video editors, copywriters, content creators, and influencer marketing specialists to generate a high volume of beautiful, engaging, and on-brand content across all platforms. Our Performance Marketing team is part of your toolkit, too: you ll align on KPIs and goals, and translate these goals into data-driven organic initiatives that will help us reach our targets. And, when it comes to community management, you ll work in close collaboration with our Customer Service team, to engage with comments and messages, and escalate issues as needed.

Our light-flooded office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree and Markthalle Neun. As far as working is concerned, we are currently pursuing a kind of hybrid model, i.e. a combination of in-office and home office.
Whether remote or real life, we strive to create a working environment based on trust and mutual support.
If you do work from the office, you can be sure that we will of course adhere to all safety precautions and hygiene measures. This includes distance and masking rules, limits on the number of staff who can be in the office at any one time, and disinfectants, masks and rapid tests available to you at all times.
Our team comes from many different parts of the world. We communicate mainly in English, but in the office you will hear many other languages (and the odd woof in between). In our kitchen you will find fresh fruit, many different snacks and a large fridge with soda, beer and wine (so that we are always ready for the moment when parties are possible again). Because we care about our earth, we make sure to offer primarily vegetarian and vegan food, not only in the kitchen, but also for events and caterings.
At JUNIQE, you work independently and can take on responsibility right from the start. Through cross-team cooperation, you will learn a lot about other stakeholders, departments and projects.
