Job Description
Deine Aufgaben
- Taking ownership of multiple digital projects, such as a platform, website and app.
Taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex digital projects.
Being responsible for your own projects and supporting the controlling, management and reporting of current company projects.
Ensuring that effective project control, change control and testing processes are maintained.
Communicating with others in a clear, honest and enthusiastic way in order to build trust.
Actively building and maintaining a network of colleagues and contacts to achieve progress on shared objectives.
Taking over the professional preparation and follow-up for internal and external meetings and ensure the process tracking of the essential points as well as top issues of the management.
Dein Profil
- Understand the environment and are able to prioritise the most important or highest value tasks.
Able to use data for decision-making.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies is an advantage
Experience of working with senior level stakeholders and liaising with important clients
Experience working with project management systems (eg.: Jira, Asana)
Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Natural problem solver with a solutions-driven attitude
Good knowledge projects in creative and tech environments
Understanding of Google Suite, Slack and collateral management best practices
Business fluency in English. German fluency is a plus.
