Job Description

Our mission

We are driven by our vision to build a software solution that redefines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the B2B sales tech market as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.

We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital, XAnge, 10X Founders) and several business angels (e.g., founders of Zalando, McMakler, Home24); we work partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.

Your role

With our 3.5M seed funding round closed and the product gaining more and more traction, we believe it is the perfect time to scale our team further. We re looking for a creative and analytical growth marketing manager to build and scale our digital marketing efforts.

In that role, you will be working daily side-by-side with Jan Niklas & Lennart (founders). You ll be fundamental in formulating the marketing strategy, managing budgets, and setting up reporting. Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to learn are as important as experience. As much as we want someone to deliver, we want them to come up with their own ideas, and help us experiment to find the right strategies.

Tasks

  • Create measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness - as we are right at the start of our journey, this will involve a lot of experimentation with channels, creatives, and messaging
  • Use and expand the budget wisely
  • Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics, so we see what works
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing
  • Work hand-in-hand with our founders and sales team to create a machine that generates predictable revenue
  • Medium-term: Build a team that scales our marketing initiatives beyond Series A

Requirements

We are looking for top talent who want to carve out their name on the newest product for B2B sales. We are looking for empathetic and curious team players who are driven by building a product that helps people make faster and better buying decisions.

  • B2B SaaS Marketeer with 3+ years of experience who is a curious domain expert in B2B Marketing techniques and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills which allow you to translate data into trackable actions
  • You have experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or in a different high-performance environment
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm to build things up from scratch
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo (or even define a new one from scratch)
  • And most importantly, you identify yourself with our core values: Courage, Uniqueness, Pro-Activeness, Empathy, and Transparency

Please consider that your level of German must be at least Full Professional.
