Experience with New Host Integration with Storage arrays. 2. Experience with Installation and configuration of Multi-path software on hosts for load balancing and fail over. 3. Expertise in managing Fiber Channel SAN infrastructure including fabric architecture,switch directors and zoning. 4. Experience in Implementation and management Dell, Oracle enterprise and mid-tier Storage subsystems. 5. Experience in RAID Configurations and Disk management tools. 6. Experience in Performing Health Check of storage arrays and switches. 7. Experience in Performing storage allocation based on the server requirement. 8. Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis of Storage arrays. 9. Experience in remote replication and local replication concepts 10. Experience in Configuring different Storage devices to help Clients to Backup their Data in the most efficient way , that will help them to Restore the Mission Critical Data as and when required . 11. Experience with Installations& Configurations of Backup master and media servers. 12. Experience with Implementation of Backup in a Cluster Environment 13. Experience with Implementation of Backup in a SAN environment . 14. Experience with Configuration of different types of Robotic Library Configuring Storage Units , Volume Pools & Disk Staging . 15. Experience with Designing Policies, Multi-streaming and Multiplexing, Media and Device Management, Taking ORACLE and SAP specific backups, Catalog Consistency Check and NDMP Configuration.. 16. Configuration & troubleshooting VMware Consolidated backups 17. Tuning for slow Backups. 18. Helping the client to install, configure and troubleshoot backup job definitions 19. Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process. 20. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities 21. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams Good-To-Have 1. ITIL Certification 2. Any Technical Certification 3. Strong communication and interface skills
