Be overall responsible from all Delivery under DGS/BCSS Business
Act as the DGS SPOC covering both Engagement and Delivery for respective Account(s) s/he is in charge of
Ensure sales forecast accuracy for respective Account(s) and be the overall responsible in executing DGS/BCSS Financial figures (esp. NS/UM)
Orchestrate and lead the Presales team by providing knowledge/guidance with regards to delivery methodology, cost, scope, and risks of activities and proper alignment of customer requirements. As a result, will be responsible to have the optimum Digital Services offer in terms of cost/quality/time-plan being prepared and submitted to customer to win the business
Proven experience in building and managing Operational relationship with the customer.
Should have an extensive network in the Business Area and Service Delivery organizations to enable program outcomes in needs of customer concerns for people and product issues.
