Product Designer

At Kausa, we are looking for our next Product Designer. We are building a Decision Intelligence platform that fundamentally changes the way businesses analyze data and make decisions.

Tasks

• Be a key decision-maker in shaping the product and develop its UI/UX vision from the ground up
• Create simple, elegant and user-centric UX/UI designs for our analytics platform and its data visualization
• Proactively find and propose ways to make every part of the product more valuable and captivating to users
• Build a strong knowledge base of Kausa and a deep understanding of our users and their problems from qualitative and quantitative data
• Closely collaborate with our product team on defining requirements and implementing design into the product

Requirements

• Curiosity and ability to conceptualize challenging and highly technical topics
• 2+ experience designing fairly technical Web or SaaS applications, like in data visualization, medtech, dev tools etc.
• Proficiency in user research as well as design, wireframe and prototyping tools
• Ability to deliver simple, elegant and user-centric final designs
• Preference for breaking down complex problems into smaller parts and finding ways to deliver incrementally and iteratively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable dynamic and high-powered collaboration in a remote setup
