Business Developer CO2 & Climate Action (f/m/d)

Regional differences in the public awareness of natured based voluntary carbon credits have caused major confusion among forest owners and managers on what compensation is already possible for forest climate actions today. This is why we are looking for someone in this area to support our customers.

Tasks

• You are responsible for identifying and defining new ways how our Dynamic Forest customers can benefit from climate actions and carbon sequestration efforts in their forests.
• You identify trustworthy methods and partners which allow our Dynamic Forest users to actively engage in climate actions and carbon sequestration projects all over the world.
• You will work closely with our Product Team in order to understand the operational requirements of our customer in different forest regions.
• You do research on current regulations and requirements

Requirements

• You have a good understanding of voluntary carbon markets and a strong will to identify pragmatic solutions in a field that is full of public misconception.
• You bring a basic understanding and interest in forestry and natured based climate projects.
• You ideally already have experience with natured based carbon offset projects and carbon credit auditing as well as certification methods.
• You can speak and write in English fluently.
