Administrative Internship - Holistic medicine center - Startup

Our startup Circle Holistic Health is changing the way alternative medicine is being done today.

We have opened our first holistic health center in Zurich City called TCMZentrum and are looking for administrative and operational interns to grow with us.

Our goal is to become the world's largest holistic medicine centers, community and brand.

Tasks

A normal day will look something like this:

• Managing the patient bookings and practitioners' availability
• Assistance to the CEO
• Inventory and office management
• Reception work
• Checking and sending invoices
• Accounting tasks
• Email management
• Data management
• HR & marketing support
• Coordinating events for our community (from breathwork, to sound healing and cocoa ceremony)

Requirements

• Mother tongue in German and very good in English (French a plus)
• Content creation a plus
• Event organization a plus
• Ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment
• Startup mindset
• Convention from school available
