Job Description
Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Construction | Legal Counsel | Geneva & Remote | Temp. 4 months/Perm. | 80% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 140 000+
Tasks
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts with regards to real estate and project development
- Advise and support operative divisions in all construction law matters
- Function as point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- Handle legal cases in construction, planning and real estate law
- Manage commercial contracting negotiations
Requirements
- Swiss bar admission
- Fluency in French, German and English
- Prior exposure to commercial contracting
- Demonstrated experience in real estate and construction law
- At least 5 years of PQE as attorney or corporate legal counsel
