Job Description

To produce grammatically sound content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, and sells across different marketplaces

Gathering data from different stakeholders to create whitepapers, workbooks, guides, reference manuals, FAQs, events materials

Design and create high-quality documentation, including context sensitive help, release notes and end user manuals

Write user documentation for an international audience

Plan and manage documentation deliverables in cooperation with different stakeholders

Proofread and edit documentation to ensure consistency of language and style, correct application of templates

Responsible for creating Cover Letters for newly onboarded clients

Responsible for reviewing and modifying the existing Cover Letters on a periodic basis

Create high quality documentation in a fast paced, deadline-driven agile environment

Maintain a document library accessible internally and externally

Write interesting posts around payments industry, chargebacks, product reviews, how-tos, or thought/opinion pieces, etc. basically, anything and everything that s happening in Payments, Dispute Management and Chargeback industry today

Create useful, valuable content to serve and engage our followers on social networks

Create contents for blogs posts, social media, graphics, video stories, brand stories, product content, story/scripts

Develop customer facing professional documentation for the products and content developed.

Develop materials to document operational end-to-end process flows

Content needs to be error-free, structured, simple, easy-to-understand and plagiarism-free

Ownership of the complete documentation process

Assist in editorial work such as proofreading

Develop and organize training materials, visual aids, and other materials

Maintain Master Document Control Listing and ensure compliance with documentation procedures

Provide research assistance to management and assist with other projects on an as needed

Write creative, unique & relevant content copy

Research industry-related topics and prepare well-structured drafts

Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO based content writing

Develop the content strategy which is aligned with short term and long-term keyword targets

Ability to create user manuals, case study, product web pages, how-to guides, tips & tricks for both technical and non-technical audiences



Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Creative Writing or related field

Excellent English writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

5+ years of total experience in content writing, copywriting

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

SKILLS

Experience in managing documentation process and documentation controls across the organization

Strong experience in Microsoft word

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup-like environment

Ability to work with globally distributed and multi-cultural teams

High proficiency in English language - both verbal and written

Experience in managing document revisions for multiple versions

Strong knowledge of processes, writing principles, and style guides

Strong team player with good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to changes quickly based on documented results and metrics.
