Hours: 8am to 5pm

Days: Monday - Friday

We are searching for a junior or senior level recruiter who has been successful staffing for Skilled Industrial Positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts, building and maintaining positive business relationships
Manage multiple job orders from multiple clients throughout the day
Interview potential employees to determine if their qualifications meet or exceed the qualifications for the job order
Inside sales to prospective customers
Conduct follow ups with clients to ensure service satisfaction and the early detection of future complications
Recruit through external job boards and internal databases.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Prefer a minimum of 1 year of staffing agency experience
Bilingual preferred but not required
