We are looking for an IT Support with hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies. What You Will Bring:
- Self-managing and capable of completing assignments successfully with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be well organized, dependable and detail-oriented
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You Will Have:
- Must know how to troubleshoot and offer desktop support in a Microsoft environment, primarily Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Basic understanding of networking principles, firewall, switch, VPN, VLAN
- Mac (OS X and iOS) device administration and support (MDM)
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP and other protocols
- Experience with software applications: Windows / Linux / MacOS / Backup Exec / MS Office 2007,2010 & 2012 / Adobe CS & CC
- Knowledge of antivirus and backup products
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Linux experience is preferred
Pay: $22-$30 Per Hour
