ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Ensure a positive experience throughout the customer's journey
To be the point of contact before and after purchases (payment questions, modifying delivery dates, handling requests and complaints)
Handle customers' requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels (Inbound calls, chats and e-mail service)
Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the brand
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Client oriented and empathetic
Level C1 or native German
English knowledge level C1 (to make sure you keep up with training and working communication)
Willingness to learn
