CRM Working Student (f/m/d)

Job description

As a CRM working student (f/m/d) you support the CRM Manager functions and projects within our e-commerce team. Furthermore, you are interested in becoming an Email geek and helping us by

• using data hygiene best practices, an iterative email development cycle, and deliverability testing processes.
• assisting in the build, test, and review stages of an iterative email cycle.
• collaborating cross-functionally with teammates working in design, content, customer support, and sales.
• being capable of organizing and processing input, like feedback on content, testing feedback, or template bugs.
• self-directing your work independently once briefed.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing with an interest in omni-channel communication or marketing data management.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are familiar with HTML and CSS (if you could have managed a Myspace page in the 90s that's a fine place to start).
• If you are an English or German native speaker this is a plus.
• You are genuinely interested in our brand, product, and mission.
