Ihre Aufgaben

• Supporting the team in the execution of the MCD 2023 plan for CEN
• Support on the internal learning platforms (EdApp; DeGreed) including content creation, content update, account set-up and stakeholder management
• Support the organization of internal events to foster BAT celebration and learning culture
• Coordination of training programs with stakeholders across 5 countries
• Designing content for our internal communications (newsletters; presentations; internal activations)
• Desktop research on modern ways of working and trends: Agile Working Methods, Capabilities of the future, etc.
• Support on administrative topics

Ihr Profil

• Previous experience in Marketing, L&D or HR
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written). Good knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
• Strong project management sills
• Hands-on mentality; good interpersonal skills and agile mindset
• Skills in visualization, texting, design / creativity (Powerpoint & Excel)
• Quick learner
• Capacity to translate from English to Polish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR or equivalent
