Product Owner (f/m/d)

As Product Owner of our Apps team you will lead a feature development team and will be responsible for the key projects for the business.

The Apps team is at the core of justDice, that has been recently reinforced with new members and in this position you will be instrumental in building internal processes in cooperation with Product Lead and Tech Lead and driving the development of our new and existing products.

Tasks

• Lead a team of developers building state of the art apps
• Analyze, identify and prioritize the needs from product teams and translate them into tasks
• Be responsible for the development team, manage their progress and make relevant strategic decisions
• Be the central contact person for all projects inside the area of your responsibility
• Communicate your teams progress to Product lead and Tech lead
• Implement a lean, high output development process and improve the quality of development

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience as product manager/product owner in a consumer facing digital business
• You have a strong knowledge of project management in a flat organization
• You are experienced in agile software development methods
• You are fluent with digital products and interest in technology
• You are familiar with common business model in digital consumer business, mobile games, and/or gambling services environments
• You understand how to harmonize user needs and business goals with technological challenges
• You want to take over responsibility and make business decisions
• You have experience leading a team and have proven that you are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
• You are a strong communicator and can guide and motivate individuals to their full potential
• You communicate fluently in English
