Job Description

Cledara is looking for a Talent Partner to join our rapidly growing team in London to help us grow our Sales & Marketing teams!

We help companies in the USA, UK, and Europe become more successful users of SaaS by unifying and automating the whole SaaS journey in a business - discovery, purchase, management, and cancellation. We are growing very quickly and looking forward to having a passionate leader join our growing team in the UK.

Tasks

With significant growth plans across the company, this is a really exciting opportunity for someone to directly contribute towards this growth. You will work closely with our Head of Sales, and our CMO and take ownership of hiring for our high performing Sales & Marketing teams.

Here are some of the things you ll do to achieve this:

  • Develop innovative talent attraction strategies via different sources, to attract active and passive candidates alike.
  • Be target driven, we need to hire on time to grow at the scale we need
  • Always be thinking ahead, by building and nurturing talent pipelines, to allow us to hire effectively for future roles.
  • Work with the Talent Lead to improve hiring processes to streamline the way we are hiring and engaging with candidates.
  • Ensure our ATS is continually kept up to date so that it can be our central source of truth in relation to hiring efforts.
  • Write and improve job descriptions to attract talent in line with the candidate market.
  • Keep up to date with market standards in relation to benefits and commission, to support benchmarking against competitors.
  • Employer branding and other project work to raise our employer brand and help Cledara to become even more desirable to work at.

Requirements

Previous experience of sourcing top candidates for sales, marketing or account management roles.

  • Prior experience of working within a tech startup/scaleup is desirable, however agency recruiters who have partnered with tech startup/scaleup companies looking for a transition into an internal role will be considered.
  • Experienced in using an ATS tool to manage and update candidate information.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with senior hiring managers.
  • Experience of working towards ambitious targets including time-to-hire and number of hires.
  • Excellent communications skills, with great verbal and written English skills.
